Beware, here comes the C word again- yes, I am well into my Christmas shopping now!
But 24 days before Santa comes down our chimneys, we have my second favourite Christmas tradition, Advent Calendars!
Luckily for our waistlines those 24 little windows hiding chocolate treats have been replaced with miniature beauty goodies, from our favourite brands!
I have already touched on the creme de la creme of the calendar world, the £250 town house from Jo Malone, but now we have a whole host of premium brands at bargain prices to feast our eyes on.
First up, it’s Boots No7, which I am excitedly giddy to reveal I already own, a whole week before release! (Release date 29th October)
A beautifully pink box, which opens out like a giant beauty book, contains 25 make-up and skin care treats. Yes, you even get an extra present on Christmas day itself!
Priced at £35 the contents, which include their famous Protect and Perfect range is worth a staggering £130 ml for ml. This is one advent calendar worth investing in!
I’m saving the surprise for each day in December, however if you want a sneaky peek head over to Really Ree‘s blog where she reveals all!
Next, we have a slightly different calendar from L’Occitane, which contains 13 gifts rather than 24. Why? Because in Provence, it is a holiday tradition to have 13 deserts on the festival table. And these deserts are definitely a lot less calorific.
With stunning fragrances, body and skin care items, you’ll need a few extra pennies for this one. £45 and available from November 3rd.
Finally! We have the ultimate spurge, from shopping mecca Selfridges!
With 24 luxurious miniature treats, you’ll need a spare £85, but in return you’ll be bagging Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Kiehl’s and Victor & Rolf favourites.
Definitely one to add to your ultra early Christmas list!
Have you tried a beauty advent calender? Which one will you be buying this year?
