Family Days Out with Wiki Places for Kids

Before I had Ace I was OBSESSED with going on holiday. I know, what an obsession to have right? If I didn’t have a holiday booked I’d have the itchiest feet and would constantly check sky scanner for inspiration. It’s the sole reason I started up A Weekend Escape.

But due to Aces hip dysplasia and the fact we are currently in the process our buying our first family home, holidays have gone out the window. Which makes those all important days off together even more important.

So when I came across Wiki Places for Kids, which is basically a trip advisor for family days out, I was thrilled. It took all the leg work out of googling profusely trying to find something Ace would enjoy. But there didn’t seem to be much for the Wirral region.

I think you know where this is going…. I’m excited to tell you that I’m now a Wiki ambassador. A Wiki Mum if you will.

I love writing and sharing our little ‘adventures’ over on my Instagram anyway, so I may as well share my finds with others in the same boat!

My first ten posts are now live and I’ll be showcasing at least one family friendly location every month. You’ll be able to read my reviews here, and follow what I’m up to on my Instagram highlights. You know, just in case you’re interested!

Anyway, I would LOVE to hear the places you enjoy visiting with your little ones. The closer to the North West / Wirral / Merseyside the better!
